Well except a few articles. This book came highly recommended by a friend who thought I needed it. Like other of his books, this did not fail. I'm going to read it again. Ziglar emphasizes that it's a lifestyle that needed to be embraced in mental, physical and spiritual level.

In "Ziglar on Selling", he outlines a four-step sales formula: needs analysis, needs awareness, needs solution, and needs satisfaction. If you follow his steps, you will have success in sales. People who struggle to Zig Ziglar is the kind of salesman you want to have visit you.
People who struggle to overcome objections and close sales won't be making the most sales they could be. Some of Ziglar's approaches seem outdated to me or more geared to someone selling "Squeege-O-Matics". However, there are still many good points, mainly, stay organized and focused on the customer.
Aug 21, Steven van Doorn rated it really liked it. If you sell things for a living, or part of your work requires selling I would recommend reading something by Ziglar. While not everything applied to me and there were certain things I disagreed with this book definitely gave me some things to think about and some practical advice that I will follow. Can't ask for much more from this type of book. This one does have some topics that Secrets of Closing doesn't cover, but you wont miss too much.
